Kanpur, May 20 (HS). On Monday morning, a car going from Kanpur towards Prayagraj collided with a DCM parked on the highway near Purvamir outpost in Maharajpur police station area. Three people including a man died in this accident. Two people including the girl are undergoing treatment in the hospital.
Deputy Commissioner of Police East Shravan Kumar Singh said that five people including a five-year-old girl were going from Kanpur towards Prayagraj in a car. A DCM was standing on the highway in front of Virat Dhaba located near Purvameer Chowk of Maharajpur police station area. The car suddenly went backwards and collided with the standing DCM. In the accident, a man and two women traveling in the car died on the spot. Two people including the girl were injured. The police immediately took everyone out of the car and took them to the hospital. Doctors declared two women and one man dead. The police is busy gathering information regarding the names and addresses of the dead and injured.
