The actor's family released a statement saying, 'With heavy hearts we announce the passing of our beloved father, husband, brother, uncle, son and dear friend, Kenneth Alexander Mitchell. In 2018, he was diagnosed with ALS.
The actor was suffering from a disease called Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis. Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis is a fatal disease. Due to this disease, the nerve cells of the human brain and spinal cord gradually start getting affected.
