The Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) has busted Canada's largest drug 'superlab'. Which is being considered a big blow to the organized crime network in the country. Police arrested Indian-origin businessman Gaganpreet Randhawa during the raid. This is an incident reminiscent of the hit web-series 'Breaking Bad'.
More than 400 kg seized
According to Canadian police, the laboratory was equipped with state-of-the-art equipment designed to produce large quantities of illegal drugs, including fentanyl and methamphetamine. These were supplied across Canada and internationally. During the operation, police officers seized a large quantity of drugs and dangerous materials. Items seized included 54 kilograms of fentanyl, 390 kilograms of methamphetamine, 35 kilograms of cocaine, 15 kilograms of MDMA and 6 kilograms of marijuana.
