Canada's Public Safety Minister Dominic LeBlanc announced on Wednesday afternoon that Canada would make every effort to counter the terrorist activities of the IRGC.

LeBlanc said thousands of senior Iranian government officials, including top IRGC members, are now barred from entering Canada. Those already in the country could be investigated and deported.
