Fatty Fish
Salmon, sardines, mackerel and tuna are excellent sources of omega-3 fatty acids, especially DHA. DHA is important for brain function and also has anti-inflammatory properties. Adding fatty fish to your diet twice a week can be beneficial.
Tomato
The antioxidant lycopene in tomatoes has anti-cancer properties. Studies suggest that lycopene may be beneficial against certain types of cancer.
Turmeric
