Moradabad, June 26 (HS). Camps will be organized at the zonal office every Wednesday next month to settle objections regarding GIS survey in the Municipal Corporation and to deposit tax. Along with this, 10 percent discount will also be given in the tax of the current financial year 2024-25.
Municipal Commissioner Divyanshu Patel said that objections regarding the GIS survey will be settled at the camp level and tax will be deposited. At the same time, objections at the level of senior officers will be transferred.
In the GIS survey, people had raised objections about increasing the tax several times. After which the responsibility of resolving these was fixed on the officers. Under this, Additional Municipal Commissioner First Atul Kumar, Deputy Municipal Commissioner, Chief Tax Assessment Officer and Tax Assessment Officer will resolve the misconceptions regarding the GIS survey by removing them every Wednesday.
Chief Tax Assessment Officer Aarti Singh issued a letter stating that along with disposal of objections, a discount of 10 percent will also be given on depositing the current year's tax.
