Bhopal, 29 October (HS). Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav has said that the state government is running a campaign for industrial investment in the state. Neemuch is the largest market of medicinal crops in Asia. The medicinal crops here are being linked to the Patanjali Yoga Peeth of yoga guru Baba Ramdev. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said this while addressing the inauguration ceremony of Virendra Kumar Sakhalecha Government Medical College in Neemuch on Tuesday.
Deputy Chief Minister Jagdish Devda, Deputy Chief Minister Rajendra Shukla and Women, Child Development and District Incharge Minister Smt. Nirmala Bhuria, MP Sudhir Gupta, MLA Javad Omprakash Sakhalecha, MLA Neemuch Dilip Singh Parihar, Manasa MLA Anirudh Maru, District Panchayat President Sajjan Singh were present at the ceremony. Chauhan, Pawan Patidar, N.P. President Smt. Swati Chopra and presidents of districts and urban bodies, public representatives and citizens were present.
Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that three new medical colleges including Neemuch are being gifted by Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Dhanvantari Jayanti Dhanteras. In Sanatan culture, the doctor is seen as God. Medical students play an important role in the service of humanity. He said that Neemuch has been blessed by Mahamaya Maa Bhadwamata. Here diseases are cured only by the water of Bhadwamata.
Dr. Yadav said that former Chief Minister Late. Virendra Kumar Sakhalecha has set an example of administrative efficiency. The work done by him with administrative efficiency is ideal. Neemuch has the passion to make the impossible possible. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav also announced four-laning of Jhalawar-Rampura-Neemuch road. He said that in the next 4 to 6 months, leopards from Asia will be brought to Gandhi Sagar Sanctuary and released. This will open new doors of tourism in Gandhisagar.
While congratulating the people present on Dhanteras, Deepotsav and Dhanvantari Jayanti, the Chief Minister said that the government has started celebrating all the festivals at the government level. Weapon worship was performed on the festival of Dussehra. Gauvardhan Puja will also be performed by the government in the state. A photograph of Lord Shrinath ji was also presented to the Chief Minister as a memento by MLA Omprakash Sakhalecha and Parihar.
Interacted with students in Neemuch Medical College
On the occasion of Dhanvantari Jayanti, Chief Minister Dr. Yadav interacted with the newly entered medical students and staff of the medical college at Virendra Kumar Sakhalecha Government Medical College, Neemuch. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi and the state government are continuously working to promote medical education and improve medical services in the country and the state. He said that earlier there were 17 medical colleges in the state, today the state has received the gift of 3 new medical colleges from Prime Minister Modi.
He said that by getting medical education, one is getting an opportunity to serve humanity. Doctors are seen as gods in Sanatan culture. The Chief Minister said that doctors serve the suffering humanity and liberate the destitute and patients from diseases. That is why a doctor is considered highly respected in Sanatan culture. Doctors are seen as God. Congratulating all the medical students, the Chief Minister said that they should emerge from here as good doctors and bring glory to the country, state and the world.
