CA Intermediate, Foundation exams will be conducted 3 times a year

Mumbai: CA Intermediate and Foundation examinations will be conducted three times a year. The Council of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) has announced the final decision to implement this important decision from 2024.

This examination was conducted in the months of May/June and January only. Now this examination will be conducted thrice in the months of January, May/June and September. Students who have registered in Foundation or Direct Intermediate till January 1, 2024. They will now be eligible to appear in the intermediate examination of September 2024.

For the convenience of the students, it has been decided to conduct the examinations of Intermediate and Foundation courses three times a year. The need for exams is greater globally and students will get more and earlier opportunities to take exams. Therefore this decision is important. Now the gap between two examinations of students will be reduced to two months. Which will benefit the students.
