Ranchi, March 11 (HS). Hearing was held in the court of CBI Special Judge PK Sharma on Monday in the Note for Vote case (horse trading case) in Rajya Sabha elections 2012. CA Anup Kumar Jha testified in the case. He identified the signature of the then Rajya Sabha candidate Rajkumar Aggarwal on his nomination paper.
Anup Kumar Jha said that he was staying in Radiance Blue Hotel, where Rajkumar Aggarwal was also staying. Advocates for accused Pawan Kumar Dhut and Sunil Maheshwari also cross-examined Anup Kumar Jha. Anup Kumar Jha told the court that he was working as a CA in Rajkumar Aggarwal's company in Kolkata from 2006 to 2013.
