After a year of decline, mergers and acquisitions have picked up again. This activity increased by 13.8 percent in the first nine months of 2024. The figure of merger-transfer has reached 69.2 billion dollars.
In the first nine months of 2023, this figure was $60.8 billion. 2,301 M&A deals were signed between Indian companies and private equity firms between January and September this year.
