To avoid any such situation, it has been decided to impose a complete ban on the manufacture, storage, sale and use of all types of firecrackers in time. Delhi government's winter action plan
He further said that the Delhi government is very serious about pollution control. The government is preparing a winter action plan based on 21 focus points to control pollution. In the coming days, various campaigns will be run under the Winter Action Plan, so that pollution can be controlled. In such a situation, we appeal to the people of Delhi to support the government to control pollution. We would like to tell the people of Delhi to celebrate the festival by lighting lamps and distributing sweets. We have to celebrate the festival with pomp and show but we have to curb pollution with the same responsibility.
