Bundelkhand University adopted 43 TB patients

Jhansi, 18 October (Hindustan Reporter). With the inspiration of Governor Smt. Anandi Ben Patel, the University has got the opportunity to do social concern. In this sequence, Bundelkhand University will adopt 43 TB patients and take care of their health and nutrition till they recover. The above views were expressed by the Vice Chancellor of Bundelkhand University, Prof. Mukesh Pandey expressed this while distributing nutrition kits to TB patients in the Vice Chancellor's Committee Room.

He said that we should do social work with selflessness. Addressing the kit beneficiaries, he said that the university will endeavor to provide nutrition kits at least twice a year. He wished everyone a speedy recovery and said that you should follow all the advice and precautions given by the doctor.

Deputy DTO Anshuman Tiwari said that this can be prevented to a great extent by timely administration of BCG vaccine. He appreciated the efforts being made by the Vice Chancellor and the University. The Vice Chancellor presented him a memento on behalf of the University family. The program was jointly organized by the Department of Social Work, Center for Women's Studies, Medical College, District Hospital, TB Hospital of Bundelkhand University. Dr. Neha Mishra of Social Work Department welcomed and expressed gratitude to the guests.
