Actor Nagarjuna's property demolished: Hyderabad Disaster Management and Property Protection Agency (HYDRA) has taken a big action against South Superstar Nagarjuna. HYDRA has bulldozed Nagarjuna's convention hall. This action has been taken due to illegal pressure. This hall was built near Shilparamam in Rangareddy district. This land comes under the FTL zone.
Know what is the matter?
According to reports, the 10-acre convention hall has been under investigation for several years. The investigation revealed that 1.12 acres of this land was within the full tank level (FTL) of the lake, while more than 2 acres of land fell within the buffer zone of the lake. This illegal construction violates several land use and environmental rules.
The demolition drive was started on Saturday (August 24) morning. Hyderabad Municipal Corporation officials were present at the spot and a large number of policemen were also present with them.
Nagarju got a stay after going to the High Court
Big weddings and corporate events were organised in this convention hall. On the other hand, Nagarjuna approached the High Court to stop the proceedings. Nagarjuna said that such action is illegal. This construction has been done after taking permission. After hearing these arguments, the High Court ordered a stay on the action of moving the bulldozer.
Actor Nagarjuna posted on the social media platform 'X' and wrote, 'I am saddened by the demolition of the convention hall. These are actions against court orders and stay orders. No notice was given before demolishing the building. As a law-abiding citizen, if the court had ruled against me, I would have demolished it myself. But the case is still pending there. The decision is yet to come. I want to make it clear that no wrong construction or force has been done by us.'
