Prayagraj, 08 March (HS). Allahabad High Court has given last chance of one month to Bulandshahr DM Chandra Prakash Singh to follow the order of the High Court. In case of non-compliance of the order, he has been directed to appear on April 2 with an explanation as to why contempt action should not be taken against him.
Justice Dinesh Pathak has given this order on the contempt petition of Ishwar Chandra Sharma. The petitioner says that the court had directed the petitioner to pay pension etc. Which was not followed.
It was told on behalf of the District Magistrate that a special appeal has been filed against the order of the single bench. The reply said that the appeal has been filed with great delay to avoid following the order.
There is no pause on the order. Therefore following the order is binding. On this, the court has given a last opportunity of one month to follow the order.
