Lucknow, 17 August (HS). The facilities in the government scheduled caste hostels run by the Social Welfare Department in Raebareli district will be further improved. For this, the department has released Rs 2.70 crore.
Giving this information on Saturday, Minister of State (Independent Charge) of Social Welfare Department Asim Arun said that the facilities of the hostels will be further improved with the released funds so that the students living there do not have to face any kind of problem.
The Social Welfare Department is constantly making efforts to improve the quality of education so that the children of families at the bottom of the society can get the benefit of better facilities. For this, along with the appointment of qualified teachers, better facilities are also being provided to the students. In the same sequence, Rs 2.70 crore has been provided for the repair work of the main building, internal sewage work, external sewage work, site development, electric work, boring work, boundary wall including gate, CC road and lighting work in the campus in the Government Scheduled Caste Hostel operating in Civil Line and Bachhrawa of Raebareli district.
