When the bomb was found by BSF, after recovering it it was handed over to the Status Special Cell. When BSF got information about this, BSF inspected the area and found an ID (Improvised Explosive Device) bomb near the border. Found it in a tin box. In which about one kg of RDX is filled. Which also has battery and timer. The tin of RDX has been handed over to Fazilka State Special Cell Police Station after recovery by BSF. They are investigating the matter as to why this bomb was sent to India by Pakistan.
