Brij Bhushan becomes member of State Human Rights Commission


Lucknow, March 12 (Hindustan Reporter) Retired IPS Brij Bhushan, known for his flamboyant attitude in Uttar Pradesh Police, was made a member of the State Human Rights Commission. Even today, many officers testify to Brij Bhushan's strict attitude while living in Varanasi and Lucknow.

When Principal Secretary Home Sanjay Prasad finally approved the name of Brij Bhushan by issuing an order on Tuesday, his supporters jumped with joy. Brij Bhushan has been made a member of the State Human Rights Commission for the next three years.

After becoming a member of the State Human Rights Commission, Brij Bhushan told the media that it was a matter of happiness for him. Whatever responsibility he has received, he has discharged it honestly. He will also look at matters related to human rights honestly.
