Rajesh Khanna
Bollywood's first superstar, the late Rajesh Khanna, contested his first Lok Sabha election in 1981 from New Delhi seat on a Congress ticket. However, he had to face defeat from BJP's Lal Krishna Advani.

Urmila Matondkar
Bollywood's colorful girl Urmila Matondkar has also tried her luck in politics. The actress had contested the Lok Sabha elections in the year 2019 on a Congress ticket. But he lost to BJP candidate Gopal Shetty.
