BM Seva Sadan Hospital of Gola block sealed

Ramgarh, 01 July (HS). BM Seva Sadan Hospital under Gola block of Ramgarh district has been sealed. On the instructions of DC Chandan Kumar, the health department officials took this action on Monday. In the light of the recommendation made in the inspection report received from the state level, Deputy Commissioner Chandan Kumar took action and suspended the clinical registration of BM Seva Sadan, Gola for a week. The hospital management was also fined Rs 10,000.

BM Seva Sadan was sealed. After sealing, any kind of medical work will be completely prohibited in BM Seva Sadan till 7 July 2024. With the aim of strengthening health facilities in the district, the Deputy Commissioner has directed all hospital operators to ensure the presence of a doctor in hospitals and other health institutions, qualified staff, proper maintenance of medical records, compliance with protocols related to organic waste, fire NOC.

The Deputy Commissioner has said that action will be taken against health institutions that do not ensure compliance with the guidelines and rules set for the operation of medical institutions. It is worth mentioning that on June 14, under the Clinical Establishment Act, the medical institutions were jointly inspected by the state and district level teams.
