Bloody conflict over land, both sides lodged FIR

Ramgarh, 02 March (HS). The Bengali community of Ramgarh city is living in an atmosphere of terror after a bloody conflict over a land dispute. The bloody conflict between the two parties here showed that a deadly attack can happen at any time with swords and pistols. On one side, Khatiani Rayat Vinod Singh and his family members presented their claim on account number 232, plot number 3341 and 3344 of Bengali Tola, while on the other side, Chandram Yadav and Kaushal Kishore Sharma presented their claim on the power of attorney of Dehuti Thakur's husband, late Pashupati Thakur. The claim was lodged.

On March 1, when Chandram Yadav and Kaushal Kishore Sharma along with their associates drove a JCB on this land, Vinod Singh and his family members tried to stop them. But there was such a bloody conflict between the two sides that many people were left bleeding. In this matter, a FIR has been registered from both the parties in Ramgarh police station.

On Saturday, police station in-charge Ajay Kumar Sahu said that the first FIR 52/24 has been registered on the statement of Chandram Yadav and Kaushal Kishore Sharma. He has said that on the basis of power of attorney, he got the measurements done by Amin and was driving the JCB on the land. Meanwhile, Vinod Singh, Arjun Singh, Bholu Singh, Ravindra Singh, Ramnath alias Chhotku, Lauren Singh, Sagar Vishwakarma, Deepak Verma, Pappu Singh attacked him fatally.

The second FIR has been lodged by Narendra Nath Singh, resident of 53/24 Lohar Tola Kali Mandir. He has said that his land is encroached upon by ancestral people. On which Sunil Thakur, father late Pashupati Thakur, Vishal Sharma, Vikas Sharma, Rahul Sharma, Vineet Sharma, father of four Kaushal Kishore Sharma, Vijay Yadav, Ajay Yadav, Prakash Yadav Shahid 3035 people were driving JCB on their land. When he got the information, he reached there on Scooty along with his brother Vinod Singh and nephew Arjun Singh. When those people stopped him from working, he was attacked with a sword and then a pistol was taken out and fired in the air. After this they were asked to flee from there. During this time those people were left bleeding. His brother Vinod Singh was so attacked that the doctors referred him to Ranchi for treatment.
