Blood component separator unit established in the district hospital

Jalaun, 15 November (Hindustan Reporter). Now RBC, WBC, platelets and plasma will be separated from the blood component separator unit in the District Hospital, Purusha. In this, four beneficiaries will benefit from the blood of one person, and the facility of testing thyroid (T3, T4, TSH) through machine will be available free of cost. To take stock of this facility, District Magistrate Rajesh Kumar Pandey visited the hospital and took information from the officials.

The District Magistrate said that now patients will not need to go out for thyroid checkup, nor will they have to undergo expensive tests in private hospitals. He said that this test will be conducted in the hospital every working day from 8 am to 2 pm. Will be available free of cost. This will not only provide convenience to the patients, but will also save at least Rs 500 to 1000. This initiative is an important step towards ensuring better access to health services and providing relief to the people. The District Magistrate said that now various health facilities are being expanded by the District Hospital to provide better health services to the people. Blood Component Separator Unit in the District Hospital: RBC, WBC, platelets and plasma will be separated from this unit. Out of this, four beneficiaries will benefit from the blood of the same person. The one who is deficient in RBC will be given RBC to the one who is deficient in WBC. DC will be transfused. Those who are deficient in platelets will be transfused with platelets and those who are deficient in plasma will be transfused with plasma.
