BJP's Seva Pakhwada: Divisional and District Hospitals organised 'Health Camp' | News India

Varanasi, 23 September (HS). A health camp was organized on Monday in all rural and urban community health centers including divisional and district hospitals during the Seva Pakhwada organized to commemorate the 74th birthday of Prime Minister Narendra Modi. Various stalls were set up in the camps organized in all medical units on the completion of six years of Ayushman Bharat Yojana, including TB Free India Nikshay Diwas, regular vaccination. Along with this, while celebrating 'Swachhata Hi Seva Abhiyan', a message was given to keep the hospital premises clean. Nutrition packets were also provided to TB patients.

Minister of State (Independent Charge) Ravindra Jaiswal inaugurated the health check-up camp organized at Pandit Deendayal Upadhyay Government Hospital located in Pandeypur of North Assembly. During this, he inspected all the stalls and met the beneficiaries and motivated them to take advantage of all medical and health services.

On this occasion, the Minister of State inaugurated the 42-bedded dedicated pediatric unit by cutting the ribbon. In the same sequence, the health camp organized at Shri Shiv Prasad Gupta Mandal Hospital located at Kabirchaura of City South Assembly was inaugurated by City South MLA and former minister Dr. Neelkanth Tiwari. He inspected all the stalls including the Ayushman Bharat Yojana. During this, he praised the department for restarting the delivery center at Benia Urban PHC. He assured to build Janani Suraksha Yojana wards in Konia and Jaitpura Urban PHCs. The work of the building under construction at Rajghat Urban PHC should be completed as soon as possible and its operation should be started. He himself took information about making Ayushman cards from people's ration cards and Aadhaar cards.

In this episode, Cantt MLA Saurabh Shrivastava inaugurated the health camp organized at Swami Vivekanand Memorial Government Hospital in Bhelupur in the presence of CMO Dr Sandeep Chaudhary. According to CMO Dr Sandeep Chaudhary, a total of 8478 people were registered in the health camps organized at all the health units. 8289 people were given treatment and counseling. Ayushman cards were made for 166 eligible beneficiaries. A total of 4260 people were registered at the government hospitals of the city. 4220 people were given treatment and counseling. Ayushman cards were made for 65 eligible beneficiaries. 4218 people were registered at the block level CHC PHC. 4069 people were given treatment and counseling. Ayushman cards were made for 101 eligible beneficiaries.

On this occasion, SIC Dr. SP Singh, CMS Dr. Digvijay Singh, Superintendent Dr. Kshitij Tiwari, BJP Metropolitan President Vidyasagar Rai, Vice President Madhukar Chitransh along with other medical officers, officials and health workers were present. On the other hand, at the block level, MLC Hansraj Vishwakarma and Apna Dal President Dr. Narendra Patel at CHC Misirpur Kashi Vidyapeeth, MLA Dr. Awadhesh Singh at PHC Badagaon and Pindra, Shivpur MLA representative Sanjay Singh at CHC Narpatpur (Chiraigaon), Ajgara MLA representative Gaurav Singh at CHC Cholapur, Sevapuri MLA representative at CHC Araziline and former MP Mahendra Nath Pandey and MLC Hansraj Vishwakarma inaugurated the camp at PHC Harhua.
