Bareilly, April 11 (Hindustan Reporter) An emergency meeting was called by the Kurmi community at the Sardar Patel Kurmi Kshatriya Hostel in Bareilly, in which the infighting in the BJP camp of Bareilly that took place in the past was discussed.
It is noteworthy that recently, a viral audio of Bareilly Mayor had infuriated the supporters of Santosh Gangwar, in which it was alleged that the Mayor was making objectionable comments about senior BJP leader Santosh Gangwar. The people of Kurmi community present in the meeting said that this comment has not been made on Santosh Gangwar alone, but has been made on the entire Kurmi community, BJP should take action against Mayor Umesh Gautam for making such objectionable remarks or else publicly. Apologize otherwise the Kurmi community will boycott BJP in the elections, this boycott will not be limited to Bareilly only, it will also be seen at the state level in the coming days.
President of Sardar Patel Kurmi Kshatriya Samaj, K.P. Sen Gangwar said that Santosh Gangwar is not only a leader of the Kurmi community but is a popular leader of the entire society. Santosh Gangwar is the face of BJP who has won Bareilly seat for BJP 8 times.
