BJP reached Election Commission against Rahul Gandhi, filed complaint in this matter

BJP said that we have told the Election Commission that this should be stopped. We also told the panel that Rahul Gandhi is used to doing this. Despite millions of warnings, they do not desist from telling lies. We said that an FIR should be registered against Rahul Gandhi under Section 353 of the Indian Penal Code.

Order given to register FIR against BJP

Congress has also met the Election Commission in New Delhi. Congress alleged that 'serious concerns have been raised before the Election Commission and 8 complaints have been filed. All of these complaints were considered legitimate, some of which were particularly serious. The Commission has ordered to register an FIR against BJP regarding some advertisements. Recognizing these incidents, the Commission acknowledges the BJP's pattern of divisive tactics and has agreed to take action.

Voting in Maharashtra on 20th November

Let us tell you that voting for 288 assembly seats of Maharashtra will be held on 20th November and the results will be declared on 23rd November. In the last elections, BJP had got 105 seats, Shiv Sena 56, NCP 54 and Congress 44. However, after the elections, Shiv Sena separated from NDA and formed the government with NCP-Congress and Shiv Sena's Uddhav Thackeray became the Chief Minister.
