Shreyasi Singh is the daughter of former Union Minister late Digvijay Singh. Digvijay Singh was an MP from Banka Lok Sabha seat and a Union Minister in the Atal Bihari Vajpayee government. His mother Putul Kumari was also an MP. Shreyasi Singh's father late Digvijay Singh and grandfather Kumar Singh were also fond of shooting. Shreyasi Singh has won many medals for India so far. She won the gold medal in the 2018 Commonwealth Games held in Gold Coast. Earlier, she won the silver medal in the double trap event at the 2014 Commonwealth Games held in Glasgow and the bronze medal in the Asian Games Shooting Championship in 2014. Apart from this, she has won the silver medal in the 2010 Commonwealth Games and the gold medal in the 2018 Commonwealth Games.
