Khunti, 11 August (HS). A review meeting of the Aakrosh Rally called by the BJP Mahila Morcha on 13 August was held at the BJP District Office on Sunday, which was chaired by District President Chandrashekhar Gupta. In a press release issued by the BJP, it was stated that the main topic of the meeting was that an Aakrosh Rally will be taken out by the BJP Mahila Morcha in front of the District Collectorate on 13 August in protest against the State Government's breach of promise to women.
In the meeting, District Incharge Satyanarayan Singh said that the government has cheated women by not fulfilling even a single promise of the election manifesto. Incidents of atrocities, incest, murder, robbery and other types of heinous crimes are happening with women. The District Incharge reviewed the action plan to participate in the protest. In the meeting, there was a discussion about Har Ghar Tiranga and Tiranga Yatra. Guidelines were given to the workers to make the Har Ghar Tiranga Abhiyan successful at the district level along with the booth. District Incharge Satyanarayan Singh said that the Har Ghar Tiranga Abhiyan will be successful only when the participation of the general public is ensured. The program was conducted by District General Secretary Sanjay Sahu and the vote of thanks was given by District General Secretary Nikhil Kandulna.
