BJP including Deputy Chief Minister Brajesh Pathak, Rajya Sabha MP Sudhanshu Trivedi, Rajya Sabha MP Dr. Dinesh Sharma, Rajya Sabha MP Sanjay Seth, Rajya Sabha MP Brijlal, Mayor Sushma Kharkwal, MLA Neeraj Bora in the Lucknow Lok Sabha seat of Uttar Pradesh from morning to evening on 20th May voting day. The leaders voted.
Deputy Chief Minister Brajesh Pathak along with his wife Namrata Pathak and daughter cast their vote at the Montessori School polling venue in Mall Avenue. Rajya Sabha MP and BJP national spokesperson Sudhanshu Trivedi exercised his franchise. Rajya Sabha MP Dr. Dinesh Sharma along with his wife Jayalakshmi reached the polling booth at Gopinath Laxman Das Rastogi Inter College and voted.
Rajya Sabha MP Sanjay Seth and his wife Neeti Seth exercised their franchise at Awadh Girls Degree College Vikramaditya Marg. Similarly, Rajya Sabha MP Brijlal reached the polling booth in Delhi Public School, Gomti Nagar and voted and appealed to vote to make the country an economic power. BJP state vice president and Noida MLA Pankaj Singh said after casting his vote at the polling booth in Gomti Nagar that the more voting takes place, the stronger our democracy will be. I urge our young voters and women power to come forward enthusiastically to cast their vote.
Popular MLA from Lucknow North, Dr. Neeraj Bora along with his wife Bindu Bora and son Vatsal Bora voted at the polling booth of Soya-Fatima Inter College, Faizullaganj. After this, MLA Bora appealed to his supporters and BJP workers to make every possible effort to vote for themselves and their loved ones. Mayor Sushma voted with her husband Prem Kharkwal, son Mayank, daughter-in-law Neha and granddaughter Aaradhya at the Lucknow Public School polling center in Vrindavan Yojana Sector 9.
In the by-election being held on Lucknow East seat, BJP candidate OP Srivastava along with his wife Kiran Srivastava along with their sons Darpan and Darshan reached RLB School Sector C and voted. After this the BJP candidate appealed to vote for himself. Urged to come out in large numbers from home to feed lotus flowers.
