BJP gets 2 more MLAs after Haryana election results

There is an atmosphere of enthusiasm in the party after BJP's victory in the Haryana Assembly elections. Meanwhile, two independents who won the elections have joined BJP. Rajesh June and Devendra Kadian, who won the election as independent candidates, have joined BJP. Both the MLAs joined BJP after a meeting with Haryana election in-charge Dharmendra Pradhan and other BJP leaders.

Devendra Kadian has won from Ganaur seat of Sonipat district. He has defeated Kuldeep Sharma of Congress by 35209 votes. BJP candidate Devendra Kaushik is in third place on this seat. Due to not getting ticket from BJP, Devendra Kadian decided to contest the elections as an independent. Kadian won this election as an independent from Ganaur seat.

Contested as independent from Gannaur seat after not getting ticket from BJP

Kadian had said goodbye to BJP by releasing a video on September 10. He claimed very emotionally that he wanted a ticket from Ganaur seat, but BJP did not give him the ticket. Angered by this, he left the party. After not getting ticket from Congress, Rajesh June had contested the election as an independent candidate from Bahadurgarh seat. Rajesh June defeated BJP candidate Dinesh Kaushik by 41,999 votes.

BJP has scored a hat-trick in Haryana. This is a record, because no party has been able to win the elections for the third consecutive time in Haryana. Not only this, this is the best performance of BJP so far in the history of Haryana. BJP has never won so many seats before.

In the Haryana Assembly elections, BJP won 48 seats, Congress 37, INLD 2 and independent candidates won 3 seats. This time BJP has won 48 seats, which is a bigger victory than 2014 and 2019.
