BJP fact-finding team submits report to Nadda on political violence in West Bengal

New Delhi, June 28 (HS). The fact-finding team of the Bharatiya Janata Party, which investigated the political violence after the Lok Sabha elections in West Bengal, submitted its report to party president JP Nadda on Friday. The four-member committee included Ravi Shankar Prasad, Biplab Kumar Deb, Brijlal and Kavita Patidar. Biplab Deb is the convener of this committee.

Speaking to the media after submitting the report, MP Biplab Kumar Deb said that 'Jungle Raj' has been created in West Bengal. About 6000 BJP workers are not able to go to their homes. The workers' land has been looted and their houses have been demolished. An undemocratic system has been established in the entire state. Instead of taking copies of the Constitution to Parliament, the leaders of the opposition alliance should visit West Bengal and provide justice to the victims.

He said that the goons supported by the TMC in West Bengal have spread violence in the state. The administration has been politicized and these people have made the lives of the common people difficult. Mamata Banerjee and her allies have maintained silence on the post-election violence and cruelty against women in Bengal, which is highly condemnable.

Committee member Ravi Shankar Prasad said that 'Taliban Raj' has been established in West Bengal. The police is not doing anything. Even the media is not allowed to enter the villages. The leaders of the opposition alliance are not saying anything about the atrocities. The rights of women are being completely violated in West Bengal.
