Birsa Munda fought to save Sanatan culture: Kaushal

Lucknow, 15 November (HS). On the occasion of the 150th birth anniversary of tribal pride ‘Dharti Aaba’ Lord Birsa Munda, a program was organized by the Department of Social Harmony at Vishwa Samvad Kendra Jiyamau on Friday. The program was inaugurated by Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh’s state campaigner Kaushal and co-department Sanghchalak Bhubaneswar with floral tributes and garlands on the portrait of Birsa Munda. On this occasion, Ahilya Bai Holkar tricentenary celebrations were also discussed in detail.

State campaigner Kaushal said that the great revolutionary Birsa Munda fought to save the identity, freedom and culture of the forest dwellers. Gave his all to protect India’s Sanatan culture and Hindutva. State Head of Social Harmony Department Rajkishore said that today the biggest need is to stop the Christian missionaries who are infiltrating the forest dwelling society. Christian missionaries are not only converting them but also trying to cut them off from Hindu society.

Rajkishore told that Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh’s co-secretary Alok Kumar will grandly inaugurate the Ahilya Bai Holkar Tricentenary Celebrations on November 24 at the CMS Auditorium in Gomti Nagar Extension, Lucknow. On this occasion, the program will be presided over by Udayaraje Holkar, a descendant of Lokmata Ahilyabai Holkar. The state campaigner finalized the preparations for the program by discussing each point with the workers.

Co-Department Sanghchalak Bhubaneswar said that so that the new generation can know about the life and ideals of Lokmata Devi Ahilyabai Holkar, a grand event of the Tricentenary year 2024-25 is ensured in Lucknow. He held a separate meeting with Matrishakti and asked them to ensure maximum participation of Matrishakti in the programme.

Prashant Bhatia, member of the provincial team of Special Contact Department, said that efforts will have to be made to ensure that people from all the service settlements of Lucknow department come to the program.

On this occasion, Lucknow’s department campaigner Anil, Rashtra Sevika Samiti’s state executive Yashodhara, Child Protection Commission member Shuchita Chaturvedi, Accredited Correspondent Committee secretary Bharat Singh, co-province service chief Tejbhan Singh, ABVP’s department organization minister Anuj, Nutan Offset. CEO Garima Mishra and Area Contact Head of Vidya Bharati Rajendra were prominently present.
