Bikers gang snatched chains from the necks of two people in Ramgarh, people lost their sleep | News India

Ramgarh, 29 August (HS). Bikers gang in Ramgarh city has taken away the peace of day and sleep of night. Gang members are active at every crossroad. Be it a woman going to get milk, an elderly person walking on the road or a parent standing on the road to send his children to school, all are becoming their victims. By carrying out snatching incidents one after the other, gang members are openly challenging the police.

On Thursday, two chain snatching incidents happened in the city at almost the same time. The first incident happened with Ayodhya Prasad Chaurasia, the owner of Raj Rasoi located at Jhanda Chowk in the city. Ayodhya Prasad was strolling outside his shop in the morning. Meanwhile, two bike riders snatched his gold chain by jerking it around his neck on the pretext of asking him something and fled at a high speed. The police was informed about the incident and after getting the information, the police reached the spot and examined the CCTV footage installed in the shop.

A woman who went to put her child in the bus was made a victim

The second incident happened near the block office. Nayak Tola resident Shaivalini, wife of Nitesh Chauhan, was standing on the roadside to put her child on the bus. Meanwhile, two criminals reached there on a bike and snatched the gold chain from the woman's neck and fled at a high speed. The woman's husband also chased them but the criminals' bike was very fast.

Ramgarh SP Ajay Kumar has taken the incidents of snatching and theft very seriously. He said that efforts are being made to find out who are involved in the bikers gang. The police has received information about two gangs being active. The police is continuously conducting raids to catch the criminals. Soon the incidents will be exposed and the bikers gang will be behind bars.
