Latehar, 2 August (HS). Bike riding criminals opened fire at a liquor shop located at Manika block headquarters of the district late Thursday night. The criminals fired two bullets. One bullet hit the warehouse of the liquor shop.
The second bullet hit Janmjay Prasad's house near the shop. Liquor shopkeeper Krishna Prasad narrowly escaped in this firing. After receiving information about the firing, Manika police reached the spot and started investigation.
