Mirzapur, 19 November (HS). Near Kotwa village under Dehat Kotwali area, a speeding unbalanced motorcycle rammed into a dumper parked on the roadside. In the accident, two youths riding a bike died and two people were injured. The incident happened late on Monday night.
Inspector in-charge Kotwali Dehat said that late on Monday night, four youths riding a motorcycle were coming from Madihan towards Mirzapur. Near Kotwa village, the speeding bike went out of control and rammed into a dumper parked on the roadside. In the accident, Kotwa residents Shivkumar (20) and Babulal (22) died on the spot. Manjesh (19) and Vikas (17) were injured.
Police reached the spot after receiving information and sent the injured to the local hospital by ambulance. After first aid, the doctor referred both the seriously injured youth to Trauma Center Varanasi. The police started taking legal action by sending the bodies of the dead youth for post-mortem.
