A horrific road accident has occurred in Sasaram, Bihar. Here in Sabarabad, a bus hit a truck parked on the National Highway. In this accident, 3 people died and 15 people were injured. Eight women are also among the injured. All the injured have been admitted to Sadar Hospital in Sasaram for treatment. As soon as the information was received, the police reached the spot and took possession of the bodies and sent them for post-mortem.
Police said that the victims of the accident are residents of Rajasthan. These people were going to Bodha by bus from Kotra village of Jalwar in Rajasthan to donate bread. Meanwhile, the bus collided with a truck parked on the roadside. The collision was so strong that three people traveling in the bus, Govardhan Singh, Rajendra Singh and Bala Singh, died, while 15 people were injured. The accident happened on Sunday night.
The injured are being treated in Sadar Hospital.
All three deceased are relatives. After the incident, police officers reached the spot. A doctor at Sadar Hospital, Sasaram said that the condition of five of the injured was critical, due to which they were referred to a higher center for treatment. The remaining injured are being treated in Sadar Hospital. The bus suffered heavy damage after the collision. Parts of vehicles were scattered on the road.
After the accident, a crowd of people gathered at the spot. It was the passersby who informed the police. An eyewitness said that people in the bus were shouting for help. Those who suffered minor injuries came out of the bus on their own. Police said that information has been sent to the relatives of the deceased. Police are investigating the cause of the accident.
