The Supreme Court has granted interim bail to Delhi Chief Minister Kejriwal after hearing his petition. Along with this, the Supreme Court has said that his bail will continue until a larger bench hears the case.

The Chief Justice will appoint three judges

While hearing the Kejriwal case, the Supreme Court said that now a bench of 3 judges will be formed in this case which will hear Kejriwal's case. It was also said that the CJI himself will name these three judges of the Supreme Court.
