Big opportunity for recruitment of teachers and employees

Pro. Rajendra Singh (Rajju Bhaiya) State University, which was established on 17 June 2016, is now going to recruit teachers and staff on the biggest scale for the first time. This time teachers will be appointed on a total of 136 posts, which will include 66 regular and 70 contractual teachers. Advertisement for the recruitment process will be issued by the last week of January.

Posts and numbers of teachers

• 66 Regular Teachers:
  • Assistant Professor: 22 posts.
  • Associate Professor: 22 posts.
  • Professor: 22 posts.
• 70 contract teachers:
  • Appointment on contract basis for various subjects.

Previous Recruitment Status:

• Only 26 teachers were recruited in 2020.
  • Of these, 3 teachers were transferred to Allahabad University.
  • 1 teacher has passed away.
• At present only 22 regular teachers are working in the university.

The state university is offering various postgraduate and undergraduate courses.

• LLM.
• MCA.
• MSc Agriculture (Agronomy).
• BPharm.
• Integrated Course:
  • Five-year B.Tech and M.Tech (Artificial Intelligence and Data Science).
• Other traditional Masters courses.

challenge:
Due to shortage of regular teachers, most of the courses are being conducted with the help of contract teachers.

Recruitment of non-academic staff

For the first time, 35 regular non-academic staff will also be appointed in the university.

• Recruitment Process:
  • Requisition for 35 posts was sent to Uttar Pradesh Subordinate Services Selection Commission.
  • Out of these, advertisement has been issued for 26 posts.

Vice Chancellor Prof. Akhilesh Kumar Singh said:

• Advertisement will be issued this month for the recruitment of 66 regular teachers.
• The appointment process of 70 contractual teachers will also start simultaneously.
