CBSE revised the syllabus for 2024-25: The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has announced revision of the syllabus and content of various skill subjects effective from the academic year 2024-25. These changes will impact courses such as Web Applications for CBSE Class 11th, Information Technology for Class 10th and Artificial Intelligence for Class 9th and 11th. According to the official notification of the board, CBSE has informed the stakeholders about these updates and asked them to visit the board's website for detailed information. The syllabus of Web Applications skill subject for CBSE 9th, 10th, 11th as well as Class 12th is to be revised and implemented in the academic year 2025-26. This initiative of CBSE aims to better prepare students with the skills and knowledge required for the evolving technological landscape.

CBSE Class 11 Web Application

This course aims to provide students with an in-depth understanding of networking, website development, photo editing and programming. Students completing the course will be able to understand the basics of networking and network architecture, identify networking threats and protect systems, differentiate between static and dynamic websites, create web pages using HTML and CSS, use photo editing software including features such as colors, filters and layers, write JavaScript programs and apply them to create dynamic websites.

With the revision of CBSE Class 10 Information Technology syllabus, students will learn the basic concepts of digital spreadsheets, digital presentation, database management and internet security.

Artificial Intelligence for Class 9th and 11th

This course is designed to develop employability and professional competencies through a structured sequence of instruction that integrates AI concepts with other academic subjects.

Web Developer and Graphic Designer for Class 12

This course for the 2025-26 academic year will provide students with a comprehensive understanding of technologies, programming, graphic design and cyber security, and equip learners with relevant practical skills and knowledge.
