Sports association suspended
All three players are from Madhya Pradesh. Experienced athletes like para canoe player Rajni Jha, academy's star athlete Shalini and another para canoe player Gajendra Singh have failed the dope test. The National Anti-Doping Agency (NADA) has issued a report informing that these three players have failed the dope test. After which these players were ordered to suspend their sports association.
How was the performance of these players
The failure of these three players in the dope test is a big setback for India as well as Madhya Pradesh. These three players have also won medals in different tournaments. As far as Shalini is concerned, she is only 22 years old. Shalini won the gold medal in the National Games held in Ranchi. Apart from this, 34-year-old Rajni Jha has won a bronze medal in the Asian Games.
