Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath on Saturday gave a big gift to the historical city of Agra by laying the foundation stone and inaugurating development projects worth about Rs 342 crore. During this time, while addressing a huge public meeting in Agra, CM Yogi’s attitude appeared very sharp on Samajwadi Party and Congress. Enumerating the achievements of the double engine government, he fiercely targeted the tenure of the previous governments and said that now there is neither any curfew nor riot in Uttar Pradesh, because here now ‘everything is fine’.

Referring to law and order, the Chief Minister bluntly said that today there are only two places left for mafias in Uttar Pradesh, either jail or hell. He said that earlier, while leaving home, businessmen used to think whether they would be able to return safely or not, but today, under the double engine government, daughters and businessmen are completely safe. Talking about the cultural and historical importance of Agra, CM Yogi said that on the land where Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj had shown his bravery, the previous SP government was building ‘Mughal Museum’, which our government changed to the name of national hero Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj and its construction work will be completed this year. Along with this, a grand memorial will also be built in Agra on the Kothi where Shivaji Maharaj lived. Apart from this, Bateshwar, Kailash, Guru Ka Tal, Fatehpur Sikri and Shauripur Jain pilgrimage are also being developed rapidly. Approval has also been given for the construction of Shramjeevi Hotel for 500 women in the memory of Lokmata Ahilyabai Holkar.
