Jalandhar: Household items worth lakhs of rupees were burnt to ashes due to a sudden fire in five houses in Jallonwal area of ​​Jalandhar last night. The fire was so severe that it engulfed five houses.

As soon as information about the fire was received, the fire brigade team reached the spot and after two and a half hours of hard work, the fire was brought under control. Fire brigade chief Naresh Kumar said that information about the fire was received at 2:40 last night, so we immediately reached the spot. After two and a half hours of effort, the fire was brought under control, but all the belongings in the house were burnt to ashes.

It is being told that the fire first broke out in one house and within a short time it engulfed the remaining four houses as well. The cause of the fire could not be known, but the police reached the spot and started investigation.
