New York: On the 23rd anniversary of 9/11 at the World Trade Center in New York, many dignitaries including US President Joe Biden, Vice President Kamala Harris and former President Donald Trump and many common people paid tribute to the dead. Barbara P. Welsh, who died on 9/11, Welsh Di Marizo, Welsh's daughter, said, “Who among those who died in this incident (to take revenge) is willing to be a hero? We hope for more (even more tributes).”
