Bhopal, June 05 (HS). Skill Development and Employment Minister Gautam Tetwal on Wednesday planted a sapling on World Environment Day by offering flowers to the statue of Sant Shiromani Ravidas in the premises of Sant Shiromani Ravidas Global Skill Park (GSP) located in Nizamuddin Colony of Bhopal. He said that environmental protection is very important for human existence. Everyone should not only plant a sapling on this day, but should also take a pledge to take complete care of the sapling till it becomes a tree.
Secretary Technical Education, Skill Development and Employment Sanjay Goyal, CEO MPSSDEGB Somesh Mishra and Project Director MPSDP Gautam Singh along with all the officers present also planted saplings.
Minister Tetwal inspected the laboratory, meeting hall and class-room of the under-construction GSP. He said that the construction work should be completed in the stipulated time period at any cost. Children trained in this institute should come out and provide employment to others as well. It is noteworthy that children will be trained in many trades through the latest machines in the world-class Global Skill Park. Training will begin here from July 1. Children will receive training in a total of 9 trades here.
