Bhopal girl murdered in Manali, accused was carrying dead body in trolley bag

Bhopal, 16 May (HS). A sensational case of murder of a girl from Bhopal has come to light in Manali, Himachal Pradesh. The accused was trying to take the body away from the hotel by putting it in a trolley bag. When the hotel staff got suspicious and questioned him, he left the bag and ran away. Later the staff informed the police. After which the accused has been arrested.

According to the information, the accused of murder of 26-year-old Sheetal Kaushal, resident of Ajay Nagar of Shahpura police station area of ​​Bhopal, is on her lover Vinod Thakur, resident of Asavata Mod, Palpal (Haryana). Both knew each other for about four years. Four days ago both of them had reached Manali for sightseeing. Here on Wednesday night, after the murder, the accused put the body in a suitcase-like bag and came out of the hotel with it. He called a taxi at the hotel. When they started putting the bag in the taxi, even two people were able to lift it with difficulty. When the hotel staff became suspicious about this, they called the police. On this the accused ran away from there, but the police arrested him in Kullu. The police informed the girl's family about the incident. On Thursday, both the brothers left for Manali to collect the dead body.

Kailash Kaushal, father of deceased Sheetal, is a driver. He told that after doing B.Com, his daughter worked in a private company in MP Nagar. Sheetal was his only daughter. He is elder and has a younger brother. On May 5, she left the house with Rs 10,000 and her mobile phone without telling anything. The family members had also informed the police about his disappearance from the house.
