Even before this the actor had reached the court

At the same time, last year Anil Kapoor had also approached the Delhi High Court to protect his personality rights. Apart from this, Anil Kapoor had won the case in January this year. In this he demanded protection of the word 'Zakaas' as well as his catchphrase, his name, voice, manner of speaking, image, likeness and body language. He said that it should not be used.
