Ingredients for Pakora
3/4 cup chickpea flour
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
1/2 cup water
1 tablespoon rice flour
1/4 gram turmeric
1 tsp dried mango powder
1 large onion
1 cup oil
cheese as required

Make different pakoras like this
- Chop the onion finely
- Prepare the batter. – Now mix gram flour, salt, rice flour, turmeric, red chili powder and all the dry ingredients as per the taste. – Now add water little by little and prepare the batter by mixing it well.
- – Heat oil in a pan and keep it on medium flame. Fry the pakoras in oil until they turn golden brown.
- After frying the bhajiya, take it out on a kitchen towel to absorb the excess oil. Serve and eat the pakoras with mint chutney or tomato ketchup.
