Sony Pictures Networks India has acquired the digital and broadcast rights of the Black Caps and White Ferns playing all three formats – Test, ODI and T20 International – in Mumbai for the next seven years. The contract will run from May 1, 2024, to April 30, 2031, covering India's 2026-27 and 2030-31 tours of New Zealand. All matches will be live streamed on all sports channels of Sony Pictures Network India and Sony Liv. Sony Pictures Networks India has also signed an agreement for broadcast rights with the England and Wales Cricket Board and the Sri Lankan Cricket Board. SPNI CEO and MD NP Singh said that we are happy to sign the agreement with the New Zealand Board. New Zealand is known for its superb sporting skills and fighting attitude. New Zealand chief executive Scott Winink and commercial Chris Smith said India is an important market for New Zealand Cricket. A big business deal has been signed between the two and SPNI also has a good influence in the digital space.
