Bemetara: District Judge took a meeting regarding the National Lok Adalat to be held on March 9

Bemetara, 16 February (Hindustan Reporter). In connection with the successful organization of this year's first National Lok Adalat on March 9, a meeting of judges was taken by President/District and Sessions Judge Brijendra Kumar Shastri in the District Judge's chamber.

In the said meeting, the judges were encouraged to resolve the cases through mutual conciliation agreement by holding pre-seating between the parties in as many compromise-worthy cases as possible and to conduct pre-sitting with the parties in maximum cases other than the compromise-worthy cases identified earlier. Through National Lok Adalat, compoundable criminal cases, Section 138, negotiable written acts, motor accident claim cases, bank recovery cases, civil cases and pre-litigation cases are to be resolved in the court.
