Before Lok Sabha elections 2024, PM Modi advised ministers, 'Avoid controversial comments'

Lok Sabha Elections 2024: Prime Minister Narendra Modi held an important meeting with the Council of Ministers on Sunday. In which the PM brainstormed on the vision document 'Developed India 2047'. A detailed action plan for the next five years was also discussed. This information was shared by Indian government sources on Sunday.

The meeting was held at Sushma Swaraj Bhawan in Chanakyapuri Diplomatic Enclave. Sources further said that during the meeting, a 100-day agenda of steps to be taken immediately after the formation of the new government in May 2024 was discussed.

The Roadmap to a Developed India is the result of over 2 years of intensive preparation. During the meeting, the PM asked the ministers to avoid 'controversial comments'. According to sources, it involves a whole-of-government approach that involves extensive consultation and consultation with all ministries and state governments, academicians, industry bodies, civil society, scientific organizations and youth to obtain their views, suggestions and inputs.

More than 2700 meetings, workshops and seminars were organized at various levels. He informed that suggestions from more than 20 lakh youth have been received. Sources further said that the roadmap for 'Developed India' has a comprehensive blueprint with a clearly expressed national vision, aspirations, goals and action points.

He said that its goals include areas like economic growth, Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), ease of living, ease of doing business, infrastructure, social welfare etc.
