Bareilly, March 13 (HS). Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath reached Bareilly on Wednesday, where he gifted 64 projects worth Rs 328 crore and Mahadev Bridge to the people of Bareilly before Holi. Among the projects, Mahadev Bridge built with Rs 111 crore, foundation stone of IT Park in CBganj, 11 roads of Nath Corridor with Rs 44 crore, Software Technology Park under construction with Rs 18 crore and Adinath Chowk dedicated to the public. Mahadev Bridge has been dedicated to the people of Bareilly from today. Under Bareilly Smart City, the overhead Mahadev bridge from Kotwali to Kohadapir is ready, CM Yogi said that Mahadev bridge will give a new identity to Bareilly, entrepreneurs and businessmen fully cooperated in building the bridge.
CM said that earlier Bareilly was known for Jhumkas but now Bareilly will be known for IT Park and flyovers. Bareilly city is now becoming a wonderful confluence of PM Modi's vision, heritage and development. Now a new identity of Bareilly is being formed.
Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath said that UP is the most suitable place for investors from security point of view. Recently, in the GBC held in Lucknow, investments worth Rs 10.5 lakh crore have come to UP. This will provide employment to 35 lakh youth. Not UP, UP will provide employment to the youth of the entire country. Nine soldiers of the country will also come to UP in search of jobs.
The Chief Minister also laid the foundation stone of Nath Corridor on Wednesday. Under the corridor, the routes to Alakhnath, Vankhandinath, Pashupatinath, Trivatinath, Dhopeshwarnath, Tapeshwarnath and Madhinath temples will be connected. Roads will be widened and beautified. BDA Vice President Manikandan A said that the foundation stone of Nath Corridor will be laid by the Chief Minister.
For the security of the Chief Minister, forces were called from many districts of Bareilly and Moradabad range. Under the direction of SP City Rahul Bhati, the duty of 1200 policemen including four ASPs, six COs was deployed at various places in the city. PAC and paramilitary force personnel were also deployed.
