To make beetroot cheela, first of all grind 1 onion, 1 tomato, 1 green chilli and 2 garlic cloves along with beetroot in a mixer jar. Take out the mixture in a big bowl. – Now in the next step make a gram flour batter. Add the beetroot mixture to the gram flour mixture and mix well. – Now add 1 teaspoon coriander powder, 1 teaspoon Maggi masala and salt as per taste to the batter. – Now cover this paste and keep it for 10 minutes

– Then turn on the gas and place the pan on it. – When the pan is hot, apply a little butter on it. – After this, take that batter and pour it on the pan and spread it in a round shape. – Now put some butter on top and cook the cheela till it turns brown on both sides.
